  2. Hi, everyone. How is going with food and exercise? I am really watching what I eat and exercising a lot more often. It's hard and I hope it pays off. I am getting weighed on Thursday - wish me luck! Does anyone have any ideas on how to get through the mid-afternoon (pre-supper) munchies? Around 4 or 5 o' clock, I always feel like I need to munch, but it is too early for supper and I am usually busy with my baby. Any ideas?

  3. Today i learned that all my successful clients are the one's that are staying true to their prepping. They are not vulnerable and do not need to succumb to other foods that they normally wouldn't eat!! Please start asking questions.. I love hearing from you....

  4. Mari-

I usually find that I enjoy snacking on some popcorn that I make on the stove. Just regular kernels in a bottle and I use vegetable oil to pop them. That seems to work really well for me during that time frame or perhaps a banana even. Robin - what do you recommend?

  5. First I am going to say:Oy_Vey! Stay away from all vegetable oils and use the 100 calorie pre-packaged popcorn bags. You will enjoy it and save 100's of calories! Every tablespoon of oil is 100 calories...
